Christo and Jeane-Claude are the brilliant artistic duet who crated works of art in natural environment. Christo was born 1935 in Gabrovo Bulgardia and his late wife in Casablanca Marocco (1935-2009), udoubtely their work is visually impressive in view of its widely scale. Major works are

Now we an admire one of the most interesting project by Christo The London Mastaba for Serpentine Lake, project for Hyde Park London. He created the sculpture’s floating platform which is is being made of polyethylene cubes anchored to the lakebed with weighted anchors. The total weight is 600 metric tons. Mastaba is known a type of ancient Egyptian tomb (Eternal house or House of Eternity) in the form of rectangular structure with inward sloping sides, with a flat-roofed, constructed out of mud-bricks. Worthy to think about interpretation of this project. Christo said: All interpretations accepted”. This monumental block in form of trapezoid with all barrels painted red/ blue and mauve can activate our curiosity. Especially this invisbile sctructure is very important, that’s way we see lightly and floatting sculpture. It’s amazing that this multicoloured project bringed on so many interpretation… Worth to visit this place at different times of the day, your interpretation can depends of light, perspective, weather. For me, it’s a symbol of natural passing time Worthy to think about interpretation of this project. Christo said: All interpretations accepted”.
